Fetch vehicle positions from public TfNSW endpoints and render on a simple map.

Outcome

A live situational snapshot for hobby analysis and ideas prototyping.

Tech notes

• Agent: Fleetie (fetch + transform)
• Cloudflare Access gated — login may be required (not fully public)
• Served via Cloudflare Tunnel from Mac mini; stable public URL even if local port changes
• Future: historical playback + alerts
